Townie that would be correct...it is Hoover licensing...but....its a win , win, for both...for Capc it is meant to validate their product, give the impression its not a cheap china item. may allow them to up the cost sightly therefore increasing profit margins somewhat... possibly open doors
to expand footprint. For Hoover its advertisement where they may not have a presence...Now if Hoover receives a small percentage for each item sold bearing their name I dont know
