There only one problem you my have.
Once it comes out there restarting FDA testing and have long term funding.
TCEL could run up to 1 cent easy and more over night. even as high as 5 cent.
Buying more shares at the point will cost you.
Long term you would be fine, but short term you could lose a lot of the gain by waiting to buy after stating there will be restarting of FDA testing.
