Please show me the language in the P&AA requiring JPM to pay more than the $1.88 billion, and how the additional payment is to be calculated. Only when I see that language would I be convinced that JPM is obligated to pay something more.

I do not know if JPM can pay that without going under then Government would not let them....TOO BIG to Fail now.....

However, If Suckman and group would file a claim for tortious interference over JPMorgan's alleged pressure on the federal government to sell WaMu, ruling that because the claim alleges a direct injury to the shareholders by downgrading Moody's rating by crying wolf when there seemed to be nothing really wrong." The FDIC were really blinded by JPM that if Suckman went after FDIC-C and then let FDIC-C throw JPM under the bus with a statement that they were influenced by JPM....

This would only have to go public, this would be settled quickly.....However suckman and group would never think like this or be this bold......

wow

my memory is that 24B did NOT factor in the bad paper (or was not derived from a full mark to market of assets. )

e.g. JPM wrote down 30B - so in essence they say it was negatie six

management said it was positive 7 (as they said they needed 17B)
