It will not matter when Saleen closed. In March, April, May or June, if the stock price is at or very near zero. If the shareholders have lost 99% of their investment so far, does the last percent really matter? NO. The investors who got OUT of SLNN after the early warnings of high risk and imminent closure are in much better shape then the shareholder who held on to the very end.
Nothing could be more obvious then the fact that Saleen is rapidly trending toward a zero share value and bankruptcy.
Predicting the exact date of complete loss of value is not important.

Knowing that based on the financial statement information being published that the stock was going to go DOWN not UP and reacting to it appropriately (by selling) is a smart investor.

Knowing that based on the financial statement information being published that SLNN was is big trouble and betting that the stock would somehow go UP and reacting to it inappropriately (buying) is not a smart investor.
