Why wouldnt it be? They gave another $2.5 million to zivo plus Their conversion rates are from .10c-30c. Why would they convert some shares and pay .10c or more if they dont believe stock will be much higher or something big is about to happen. They wuldnt giving aniother $2..5 million and then pay .10c-.30c and then dump millions of shares at .03c.
