I have had really good alligator. Believe it or not, the best gator was in LA, up Laurel Canyon. Obscure location. Better than in NOLA.

Ive had pheasant, in Czech, and the US. But guinea foul is good too.

Gramercy Tavern in NYC does rabbit very well.

Anvil will tell you that Saddle Peak in Malibu/Calabasas on Piuma has great game, I have had kangaroo there, among other things.

Speaking of kangaroo, my daughter has kangaroo Nike shoes for soccer. Very expensive, Australia has put a huge tariff on roo.
