This board is also here for discussion and expansion of thought beyond the obvious.

One of the reasons Rock left. He didn't understand this principle. Try this kind of discussion on his board.

Thinking outside of the box painted by SEC filings and 10K's has saved me many dollars and made me many more in my investments.

I do not except black and white as the only answer, as some do, in a company's filing.

More often than not things have grey areas worthy of discussion in these filings that need a bit of color to completely understand.

Just saying, well here it is and that's the way it is and you have to accept that is okay without asking why, is just plain wrong.

Yes, there appears to be enough votes controlled by management and other interests and most longs here by count, to let the share AS increase pass....just a guess.

But I think it's healthy to hear anyone's reasonable explanation of why they want to vote yeah or ney on this.

Why stifle debate by declaring it still born by default, when that fact is not really known?
