Companies have discussions all the time. It means nothing if nothing is inked. Discussions do not equate deal. Major pharmas look at hundreds of deals a year and have countless discussions but end up never making a deal at all. And I can tell you as sure as rain that any pharma that looks at Koos and his pathetic tenure as a slimy and shady CEO, no pharma is going to want to do business with him.
