He does not understand why MHC I molecules with SOC treatments like Temador are so poor at antigen presentation; and moreover, he does not understand that hypermutation can occur after frontline chemotherapy.

He does not understand how or why DCVax-Direct overcame tumor induced micro-environments and accomplished the following.
