If the conman Koos is telling the truth about his discussions with the FDA, which I highly suspect he is, then there is always a possibility. At this point the safety tests need to satisfy the FDA. If they don't, well....you know how the story will end. Besides, it really doesn't matter what I think. It all matters on how the company executes and so far their execution has stunk to high heaven.
