I wonder if a lot of the same investors are here that followed CMKX. they ended up with 800B shares and everyone still applauded them as they sank into the abiss. not saying that will happen here, but holding a company accountable for share value is very important. I may have to ask that question next time I interview for an opening, "are you an investor, and is it OK for a company to periodically double the outstanding shares in order to grow?" it would tell me alot about that person, his business ethics and all.

trunk, I am probably old enough to be your father and have been in the business world for over 34 years. The stock hasnt been diluted yet and if you do not have any faith in the company using the increase in shares then I suggest you find another company to invest in.

I have seen companies increase outstanding shares often, to grow their business through acquisitions without taking out a loan from the bank and the use of stock to pay vendors.

I am used to dealing with companies that have billions in outstanding shares not 250 million. I believe this company is positioned to grow shareholder value and after the constant attacks by media reporters and lawyers, I support the company in their efforts to grow the business through acquisition or any other means management deems necessary.

trunk, neither yours or my resume reads like J. Randolp Dumas so until it does I put my support in him.
