Crash, I totally agree with you. This is the way a small company can grow without getting banks involved. With the financial performance to date, I doubt that banks will view this performance favorably as banks seldom fund on potential because they are much more conservative than that.
I am not concerned about stock dilution if the company performs. I fully expect that to happen therefore I am not concerned about the increase in shares.
