Calling this unproven and (nearly) unseen device "disruptive technology" is getting way ahead of yourself/itself......
Of course, there's the little problem of the company itself...being only one person, an insurance salesman. They need to hire real staff, so as to be able to handle ordering/questions, and much more, without having to hire everything out. That may be planned, going forward, but, if not, I'd say that's a major problem.
