The last I heard CTKH does not own the HTI building. I think bigpickn has the info on the name of the real estate investment group that actually owns the building. There were associated with but separate from HTI. And they lease the building to CTKH.

Lego, Just curious. Have you made any calls lately to CTKH, HT or TW to collect and share any new DD? Most of us have made many, many calls and posted what we have learned over the years. I just want to be sure that I didn't miss some DD that you gathered and shared on the boards.
