One would think, but not referencing Cellceutix -- still attaching the compound to PolyMedix -- got me wondering ... Whatever the case, good to see Brilacidin get some attn and based on what ferrel said (btw great post) lots of potential.

Came across these two articles on Teixobactin's continued patent woes. Not a lawyer, but seems as if their counsel has a tough road ahead. Reversing the original decision--not patentable.
