SLC, I'm pretty sure Leo is aware of this presentation. Regis Kowalski is the executive director of the Charles T. Campbell Ophthalmic Microbiology Lab. The lab has conducted preclinical research on B-Ocular.

My guess: unaffiliated research tied to the PYMX days of yore - a decade back. The same lead researcher out of Pittsburgh. Kowalski.
