The problem w/ "modest sucess" just around the corner is that modesty will require more new financing and accompaning dilution. To avoid it Wave needs to close ~$1.75M/ month in big deals starting right now. Close a couple of those and dominos may fall but it needs to start very soon, otherwise Wave must once again use "the shelf."
