UNQT Only a reverse merger without the reverse split is the only way to go without the current shareholders portfolio being diluted....pretty much a guarantee lost/break even if you're lucky....probably best if we had neither one. IMO

Correct. Initial share structure of UNQT's new company will be equal in value. Where a drop in value occurs is when once the initial A/S is established in the new company based on the R/S (1/10; 600K vs. 6M shares), the new company raises the A/S and then starts issuing stock again to obtain funding and likewise raises the O/S....without any gain in worth to keep the pps stable. Of course, if increased O/S was required to attain worth...well, the pps would rise accordingly and investors would be smiling.

Who knows? Wait and see.
