UNQT $$ I will add on here to say, that a REVERSE MERGER would be a great idea, however, I would caution that a reverse split will not be good for any current existing shareholder. I don't care if the private company does $10 Million in revenues verified, the reverse split will have a knee jerk reaction that will create a selloff and if a R/S was to occur, you can kiss your money and A$$ goodbye because it will result in a loss of value. (I speak from experience) Reverse Splits are only good mainly for big board stocks, even then they have a negative impact. If you truly want to restructure the share count, there is a possibility of a share buy back. That is one sure fire way to keep shareholder confidence while slowly reducing outstanding debt. Once those shares are bought back, then you retire them to the treasury. Once retired, and at whatever pace that may be, it will also slowly reflect to increase the value of the current shares that are out in the float. Also keep in mind CEO owns 2.8 Billion Restricted shares. Those do not have to be released into the market, they could be re-organized in a more appropriate fashion to be able to come into the market at certain levels of PPS increase to be able to sustain the absorbing of such new shares. Anyways, I would say that RS is not necessary, and if the current CEO or any new entity coming in here to UNQT after the audit doesn't realize this, then I'm sure they will lose the shareholder base that has supported this stock for the past couple years. I will guarantee you that I will be gone and that's a FACT! So, I will stay relaxed, and see where this takes us. GLTA
