Exactly, that is why this company is not a SCAM. Scams have billions of shares outstanding, not 75 million!

Now why were they aquiring Earth oil Services? What in the world did that do to benefit the shareholders? Sounds like another cover up to me!

What I see when doing just a little DD, is the fsnr management using the "modest" company funds to enjoy a live Rolling Stones concert, visit premier parties at art galleries, etc. All on shareholder dollars with no fruits of labor for shareholder money!
$120,000+ a year isn't modest when there's nothing at all to back it up!
