If you check the filings the company sold a small amount of shares into the market during that period of time. According to the filing those funds were used to "Freestone Resources acquired Earth Oil Services, Inc., a Nevada Corp., and is raising capital part of the capital to pay for certain liabilities associated with the Company"

The total $ amount was $500,00 or less.

Hardly a windfall for the company.
