#224834 RE: THE_BAMFACTSTER!! #224833

So Basically , let's Inform the SEC of something that they themselves are very aware of and are trying to keep quiet !! LOL !!

Alrighty then....

If someone actually believes that the SEC is complicit in KMAG’s woes then the next step would be to contact the Office of the Inspector General to lodge a complaint. They can be contacted here:

http://www.sec.gov/about/offices/inspector_general.shtml

(877) 442-0854

Complaints can also be filed here

https://iwf.tnwgrc.com/secoig/InternationalSplashPage/tabid/183/language/en-US/Default.aspx

But then one might think the OIG is also in on it…so…they would then look to the Government committees charged with oversight of the SEC.

Let’s start with the House

Chairman Jeb Hensarling
Financial Services Committee
2129 Rayburn HOB
Washington, DC 20515
202-225-7502
https://financialservices.house.gov/contact/contactform.htm
http://democrats.financialservices.house.gov/

…and of course the Senate

U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs
534 Dirksen Senate Office Building
Washington, D.C. 20510
P: (202) 224-7391
F: (202) 224-513

But then…if one thinks the entire government establishment is in on it…then I guess there really isn’t any hope for KMAG. ;-)
