Meanwhile in the real world "mini-tenders" are announced to the market. So that ANY SH can participate at the announced price if they wish. I suspect any broker participating in offering an unknown "mini-tender" to select SHs, at a +80% premium off market to the going market price, would be in deep doo-doo. Still waiting on the SEC to confirm the magic question(s) I asked them. Snails could respond faster.
