Like all penny stocks that make money management gets paid even if the stock price does nothing. Bob is in this for the long haul, so as long as Virtra grows he makes out quite well. One would think he would have an incentive to boost the stock price, but only if he is going to need the funds soon.
I'm guessing Bob is still in his 40's so he is a long way from needing to do anything with his stock, so why worry about it? He gets a nice salary, what more does he need?
