The T.A. is gagged. No one knows the outstanding share count of LIBE except for the company. Averaging down is never a good idea, it only helps to drive the PPS down even further. There is nothing to stop Conway from increasing the authorized again above the 900 million mark. LIBE has no money so shares it is.
