Thanks Smokey21, that really cleared the situation up for us clueless investors. Oh, one question: Once the unregistered common stock becomes registered, can it then be sold prior to the 60 day restricted time frame? Oh and also one more question: Does the fact that 5.4 million more shares are created out of 'par value $.001 per share' or in other words "nothing", not scare you? I know dilution like this whether immediate or delayed scares me. But what do I know. Oh, one other thing I do know: I know I'm not holding this bag at this pps. I will hold it again below $6.
