Per filings OS is 5bil... KBM/Insiders would only know this info if it's higher... same with knowing if filing was going to be late...

Dewmar, i road to .03+ with 2.5bil shares OS... so yeah... 5bil can do .01

even if OS triples to 15bil i could see this going to .004 :-)
