#37345 RE: RStevens #37344

Many thanks RStevens, for this opportunity. My questions are regarding the Jan 21 press release about the Modern Round co-venture.
(Note: As for now, I don't find any news or progress on the web, hence…)

********
1. Is this venture going ahead as planned?

2. When do they anticipate the opening of the first lounge? Will this be in Scottsdale,AZ and be subject of a separate PR?

3. Will the 5 percent ownership in Modern Round be reflected as an asset in the Q1 2015?
(If no, why not?)

4. Will the dollar-value of these 5 percent (up to 10 percent) ownership increase with additional lounges throughout the U.S and will this increase also be reflected in the financials?

5. Obviously I am dying to hear under what conditions Modern Round will be allowed to purchase
up to 10 percent of Virtra stock. Is this depending of the future size of Modern Round?

*********

Not being a financial wizzard, feel free to alter the questions or add others….

Cheers!

RStevens,

Please ask the following;

1) What type of percentage increase/decrease is Virtra seeing in warm leads for LE firearms trainers currently compared to 2013/2014.

2)How many Full Time employees currently work at Virtra

3) can we get some color on if and when virtra will up-list to a different exchange.

4) can we get some more color on the partnership with International Golden Group; Minimum sales requirements, what products are they focused on pushing and to who(MIL or LE).

If I think of any more, which I problably will i'll send them over.

Best regards

I was hoping to go myself, unfortunately I can't make it..

My primarily question is that after they've spent all the money on audited financials,, why haven't they made any effort to get off the pink sheeted exchange to even the otc-bb exchange where they will have a larger audience, as well as more credibility, for their stock due to the filed audits? Is their reluctance still due to the cost of SOX compliance or are there other factors involved?

My other question goes to the nature of the settlement which I'm sure they can't discuss, but in broader terms looking at the company that encroached on their patents, and its products...will this settlement keep that company and others like it from impacting upon VTSI's sales?

Thanks!

RStevens,

In addition

1) is Virtra ISO-9001 certified or are they in the process of becoming certified?

2) anything they can share relative to the 2012 release collaboration between Virtra and Lockheed Martin?

Knowledge is King
