this is completely not true in my opinion....you cannot get a state license until the state approves your water first.....

the county has approved 3 applications, but those 3 do not all have water approvals from the state....

the county is admitting in the article that they have created a mess and they need to work through it...

water is the important thing here...and INCC knew that

so INCC got their water in first....

the other growers that applied are in dream land

they think they are going to move faster without water

look at ACME growers - it says in their letter of intent that they thought they were getting their LICENSE by APril 15th, 2015

those guys ARE DREAMING in LA LA LAND....

they have NO LICENSE and they HAVE NO WATER APPROVAL

weber water delivery is ONLY COUNTY APPROVED - but the STATE WONT APPROVE IT!!!!!!!!!!

here is their letter of INTENT on ACME:

so here you have a GROWER that the county UPLOADED

and THEY HAVE NO WATER

NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!

WATER IS THE KEY

and INCC is on the WATER LETTER, here it is:

there are 5 growers on that LETTER

INCC is one of the 5

the county WANTS TO TEST OUT WITH 6 GROWERS

im sure happy that INCC is one of THOSE 5 growers WORKING TOWARD REAL STATE WATER APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
