and those growers are NOT licensed with the State……

what do shareholders think is harder to get,,,,,,a simple well permit???????

( wells are drilled within days of PAYING for permits and PAYING for driller services……but ya got to have money to PAY……lol)

OR

State MJ license???

INCC's been NOTIFIED by Huerfano County of "water requirements" for at least 8 weeks now…..the well permit should have been applied for within 1 week of notification…...

if applying for a well permit is not on INCC's "to do" list……..do shareholders think a State license will ever happen..???????????
