No... Not what I meant.

I am saying that they are not getting funding which means no need for the 8k.

Again, no funding needed means no 8k needed.

They are producing cars (pics that prove that) and we should see a very nice increase in revenue on the next filing.

Well it takes me 3 days to fund my brokerage account.. That will give me time to be ready for a sell off. The whales are coming.. They love risk / reward.. .

Always take a risk and buy when others are selling.. Best possible ROI..

BTW... I changed my mind.. I'm staying.

IMO some One Sided Saleen arguments...

SLNN is required to file an 8-K within a very short period of time of when they have entered into any binding agreements that relate to Cash. Weather it's additional Debt or a reduction of Equity, it must be reported. Saleen has no choice.

Would they need to do this if Vehicle/Parts sales have increased? This is a question that is without an answer.

Investors and Stock Analysts are a bunch of skeptical chickens. They fear what they do not know.

If SLNN is being shorted then wouldn't a shorting SLNN Market Maker also fear what is known? Like actual 2015 Saleen cars getting built? New Saleen Dealerships sign ups? China Deals to see vehicles there. That is if SLNN is being shorted?

The longer SLNN goes without disclosing how they are financing the company (ST & LT) the more doubt they place in the minds of the investors.

What about the fact that Investors can walk into select Dealership and see finished Products?

What about the fact that Investors can see some finished 2015 Saleen complete with VIN mumbers? There is some fear but there is some hope

That is the real world of finance. Waiting and non-Disclosure generate fear. Fear generates sell off of stock.

So where is the sell off? Wouldn't the trading volume be higher due to buyer not just financiers trying to get out?
