It hasn't been earned, though - it's been a year since last year's Q3 and this last Q3 was the last one with revenue greater than that; there hasn't been any real growth in the last year. An increase on no news is a dangerous thing; there is no foundation for the price increase.
JAMN hasn't been on time with an annual report since 2007 (before they were JAMN, actually); we'll have to see how they do this year. But I'm still not expecting much from the report.
