Rocket, Houndish feels that he would have heard about a PPO if one was going on. I don't know. I heard about the "rumor" from a couple of fellow investors who hoped to get in on it. I did not get in on it, so don't know anymore details than what I have posted previously.
Rocket, Just try to look at this with an open mind. A company that has been promising finance or revenue for years states in a press release that they have sold something , and two months go by and they don't ship the order .The price of the stock goes from 1.54 to .99. Why would that not be the reason why the price is down. Why not except the obvious.
