If this PPO speculation is correct it could imply that drop in share price was NOT problem related and CYGX may already have cash-in-hand towards building plant and/or purchase of reagents needed for near term synDNA manufacture. I might also speculate that the $1M level set for the PPO could imply the there may be some revenue/profit in the mix that covers the remainder of the $2M plant facility costs.

Just speculating here,
