Its what they call nut cutting time. Who do you think needs and

wants this delay? Do you not think IDCC is well prepared to go

forward now? I strongly suspect we will see a settlement before

September. Microsoft has way to much to lose and Nokia don't give

a crap now about handset infringement as its Microsoft's problem.


Nokia does need to license for infrastructure and maybe M2M, LTE

and Internet of things of the manufacture anything that utilizes

IDCC patents.


This delay doesn't benefit IDCC whatsoever and only a fool would

agree to delay what they have been waiting on for years unless

the other side says give us a delay and we can resolve this

amicably. Hope IDCC isn't a fool.

Enough time for settlement discussions to take place by August
