There is little or no evidence that Joe has done anything.
This so called "worldwide distribution channel" won't be capable of selling much product when the product has no support. There is has been little or no media coverage of the product and company, no discussions by neuro gaming people. Only a poor website and little product information, video testing etc.
The only way the product will be successful is if all the above are remedied. They need to get hands on feedback and that might get the ball rolling.
Regardless, due to the current state of the company, success, if it does come, will take time....much more that impatient investors will be willing to put up with.
