Because we were at 0003- 0004 for the last 3-4 months.
there will be a up then down trading going on but moving slowly to 005 cent in the next 2 weeks.
If we get news of funding and starting FDA testing again we will see 1- 5 cent a share right after the news.

That is my take on TCEL. I just added 3 million more shares at 0005.
