Please provide specific examples on why the selected board constitutes a weak hand. I'm genuinely interested.

I'm not impressed with board selections. A very, very weak first hand.

faraifarai, as per the 8K and as per the best of Leo at this stage, the nominated BOD members as chosen "...to serve as members of the Board until their successors are duly elected, qualified and seated or until their earlier resignation or removal.".

So what else can Leo do as per the actual realities.

GO CTIX and GO Leo...

All I'm gonna say is retinoblastoma, head n neck cancer with oral Mucositis, and Military Officer.

There will be elections down the line but this is a SOLID start!

GO CTIX!!!

to my eye, seems like he went w/ expertise---the docs in their fields, and tobin w his financial bg---and, im sure, to no small degree, comfort/familiarity. CTIX is Leo's and Dr M's baby so it's gotta be hard, albeit necessary, to start releasing the reins to others. hopefully corp progress/maturity will continue to map to the all the progress on the clinical end of things. i'd love to see an Onc and Inf Dis adv board announced at some pt.

(btw f-farai, good to see you back... hopefully you got some turns in this year, even in a down snow year -- this w/e felt like Feb... Snowbrrrrrrd)
