I think Leo got everything set up and running the way he wanted before he and Menon would be answering to a BOD.
Just my opinion.

So in reality - the BOD do not run technical side of functions but are more responsible for governance.

So as long as these directors are qualified to run the governing duties and meet Nasdaq standards - we are good.

I do agree with your sentiments on familiarity, control, and reigns. That was my gripe, as I'd like to see stronger, yet wise, voices. Time will tell. Nurturing a stress fracture, and my alta pass languished, 70s ahead and sunny for you and me...
