just a guess....and imo wrong..

and more importantly who cares..

There's so much going on here near term I really couldn't care less about 2-3 years from now.

And as far as NOT wanting a share increase, yes that was my stand BEFORE Red Oak entered the picture. There's no way I would ever vote to hand CBAI management 2b more shares without a watchdog with skin in the game to the tune of 30%.

And to be clear, I have stated that I believe now CBAI is in a win/win situation for shareholders, either way the vote goes.

That's my take.....
