The thing that gets me is in the last filing PTSH traded sombody 625m shares for $1m- that is .0016 PPS

I figured they would try to keep the PPS atleast above .0016 - for sure that person hasn't come close to unloading those shares- there has never been that kind of volume.

Seems odd the management after taking $1m would wipe out that holder of 625m shares with this R/S

Time will tell.

If the $5m was not cash and just shares then it doesn't really matter much. Lol - I guess we will know in the next filing or 2.
