Auto...I have also read a bunch of Articles on Saleen in financial trouble but I haven't found any evidence that it has filed for bankruptcy. Did you find any links showing that?

Some Saleen Arguments are Falling apart....Huh?

The unannounced layoff of 33% of it's employees has reduced the company to no more than 20 people.
Only a handful of these remaining employees work in production.
How many cars can Saleen even tune at this point? Not enough production to pay it's current bills or it's past due and delinquent Payroll taxes, Bank note payments or Vendor payments.
No explanation or path to solvency is evident in any PR announcements.
If Saleen does not know where it is going or how it's going to get there, why would investors risk their capital?

Now it's an unannounced layoff? Wait....what?

No explanation can be given as to where funds came from to build finished 2015 Saleens......why?

Some Saleen Doubt is being erased..........

ALL TIME LOW week-ending close.
SLNN dropped (18.1%) this week after dropping (10.1%) last week after dropping (6.6%) the previous week, (53.7%) in the last three months and (95.6%) in the last twelve months. With no current or future funding source(s) disclosed how will Saleen pay it's bills?
