I would think that some of those 5000 are going distributors or potential distributors. If I was going to be a reseller of the NeuroSync I would want it tested by my own geeks. With what ever amount that are not spoken for by shareholders and distributors, I would think that MSI would open up the pre-orders to anyone as they are making more money on this first run by selling them themselves and it would help spread the word. I think all shareholders are going to order within the first couple of days so we should know soon what they will do.
