This simply can't be good. It is preferable to work with 10Q numbers which are clearly 167 million

Common stock; $0.001 par value; 500,000,000 shares authorized; 167,962,443 and 137,710,501 issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2014 and March 31, 2014, respectively

A stock buyback would have been required for the share count to go down and that would have to be disclose through SEC filings which didn't happened as far as I'm concerned.
