Did a little research/ Google search and found out that Skinny Cow shareholders were paid $4.76 by Breyers, a subsidiary of Nestle, at the buyout. $4.76 was the share buyout price!!!! Don't know if JALA is comparable size or will be comparable size, nor if it could get bought out eventually for such a high price--- still unknowns!! Go JALA!!!!
