Don't forget today's share structure is different than back in the Skinny Cow days. Today's 248.5 million outstanding shares at $4 per share would be close to a $1 billion buyout, where in SC days, I think Dryers/Nestle put out $86 mil. in that buyout. If Jala really makes it, maybe Sam would be thinking of buying back some of the shares. But who knows about that - just an off the top thought.
