Again...how we interpret "fine" differs. This company's PPS has had a near vertical drop over the past year and now it's bouncing back and forth from no-bid status. Add to that...late again w financials.
Not fine.
They need a major shift in direction, behavior, attitude toward their investors and cash flow. Then things will be "fine."
Btw, I'm still long...unhappily so...but long....($35k later)
How about telling us "thing are moving even though you can't see it"? How about an update on status of projects? How about an update on the patent? How about an overview of the current organizational structure? How about telling us why the annual report is late? If nothing pertinent is happening, then things aren't moving. It's not like this stock is at a healthy price or volume. That, in and of itself, is reason to communicate with shareholders.
There is very little regulation in the pink sheet market, and the lack of a press release does not necessarily mean things are "right".
