There is nothing you said that is something that I would disagree with, I am just as frustrated as you and everybody else. I personally feel that they have disrespected us and all the other investors.
On the reporting of things regarding legal matters, what I am saying is that if SVFC doesn't tell us something that is negative legally then another entity will tell us, even though it should come from SVFC. That being said, that is what I mean by fine, other than that we need some communication like you said.
As you know, I don't come on this board to jaw much, because there isn't much for me and a half a dozen other people to say anything. I don't need to get in to big debates about things that we can't win. But I certainly appreciate everyone's opinion on all kinds of opinions. This company owes us a lot for what they have done.
In the meantime, I'm going to go play some golf and enjoy a great day!
