Christopher , appreciate your interest in IHSI, apologize for taking so long to respond to your email. I was at the Marijuana Investor Summit, very interesting programs and spent time with others involved with new product offerings, specifically in the lighting sector.

We will have our 10K filed before months end , working on the Q at the same time, have had some problems collecting confirmation data.
