No liquidity, no bid, no communication, no annual report. No, common sense does not dictate that the company is fine. Common sense says just the opposite.
I have to disagree. 0.0001 bouncing repeatedly off no bid is not treading water. This company is far from fine in every reasonable person's definition. It needs a transfusion of capital and a transplant of leadership. No organization needing these two actions could be considered "fine."
The company's condition right now is better defined right now as "on life support" or, at least..."we have absolutely no idea."
To a Fellow named Cos, I have to say that I have felt the same way in that things are moving even though we can't see it. There's really nothing that is pertinent or beneficial at this time to say it.
It seems that if anything was not right legally there would be a press release about it, with information being sent regardless whether it came from Intellicell or not.
